How does shipping work?

Can I return a piece?
Return requests must be submitted within two calendar days of delivery. Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours. Read the full cancellation, return and refund policy before sending anything back.

Handmade and natural-fiber pieces may show small variations in weave, tone, and finish. Those differences are part of the material character.
