Expora Inc operates The Simple Things. The catalogue identifies which products have a confirmed online price and which require written price confirmation before purchase.
Currency and displayed prices
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Unless a product page states otherwise, a confirmed online product price includes applicable taxes. The product page and bag show the price used to create the Razorpay order.
Products marked “Currently unavailable”
A product marked “Currently unavailable” is not available for immediate online payment. Select Request price and contact our team. We will confirm availability, product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges and payment instructions in writing before any payment is requested.
Shipping charges
Standard delivery is included for products eligible for immediate online checkout. Any charge for expedited delivery, a remote destination, an unusually large item, or an enquiry-only product is displayed or confirmed before payment. See our Shipping Policy.
Pricing errors
We may cancel or pause an order where a price was displayed incorrectly. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil at the correct price, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Promotions and changes
Promotions apply only for their stated period and conditions. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed, but a confirmed paid order will not be charged a higher product price without the customer’s agreement.
Payment methods and support
Eligible online orders can be paid through Razorpay using the methods enabled at checkout, including UPI, Google Pay, credit cards and debit cards. For failed or duplicate payments, follow our payment support procedure.
