Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Business information

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. Information supplied during checkout must be complete, current and accurate. You are responsible for protecting any account or device used to access the website.

Products and handmade variation

We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can vary between displays. Handmade, hand-finished and natural-fibre products may show reasonable variations in weave, tone, dimensions and finish. These characteristics are not defects unless the product is materially different from its description.

Pricing, taxes and availability

Prices available for immediate online purchase are displayed in Indian Rupees. Unless stated otherwise, displayed product prices include applicable taxes and standard delivery. Any charge for an expedited option or an enquiry-only product is confirmed before payment.

Products marked “Currently unavailable” cannot be purchased through online checkout until Expora Inc confirms the price and availability in writing. See our Pricing Details.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment verification and order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment-verification failure, legal restrictions or an undeliverable address. Any eligible amount collected will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

Payments

Online payments are processed through Razorpay using available methods such as UPI, Google Pay, credit cards and debit cards. We do not store complete card numbers, PINs, CVVs or OTPs. Payment confirmation remains subject to verification by Razorpay, the issuing bank and our server records.

Shipping and delivery

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking and shipping charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays arise from couriers, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or events outside reasonable control.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellation windows, return eligibility, non-returnable products, damaged-product reporting and refund timelines are governed by our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit false payment information, distribute malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, product presentation, logos and original media are owned by or licensed to Expora Inc and the represented brands. They may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Expora Inc is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Our responsibility for a product remains subject to applicable consumer law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes will be subject to the courts of Delhi. Please contact our support team first so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
